Membership Renewal

Membership renewal:

For the majority of our club members, memberships will expire at the end of 2022. This is true for anyone who joined prior to Oct. 1, 2022. You can look in the Court Reserve app to see if this is the case for you:

The window that opens shows your “Next Billing Cycle”, which is when your membership ends. Court Reserve will also send you an email 5 days before your membership expires.

Note that you can find the same information on Court Reserve website by clicking on your name in the top right corner, then My Membership.

If your membership expires, you will be able to see the event calendar in Court Reserve, but you won’t be able to sign up for anything until you renew. We will keep your on the email distribution list even if your membership expires, unless you request to be removed.

If you renew proactively — i.e. your membership expires Dec. 31, 2022, but you pay on Dec. 20, 2022 — we will make your membership good for one year from when it would have expired, Dec. 31, 2023. So, no need to delay until the last minute to renew.

How to renew:

  1. Visit the front desk at LPRD and tell them you are renewing your membership. Their winter hours are 9 am - 2 pm, Monday - Thursday, with the following exceptions for the holidays:

    1. Thursday, Dec. 22 they will be closing early at noon.

    2. Closed all day Dec. 23, 26, and Jan. 2.

  2. Payment: LPRD accepts cash, check, and credit cards. Checks should be made out to LPRD.

  3. LPRD Waiver: Everyone: Print, sign and bring with you to LPRD, or get one there and sign it.

  4. New Member form: New Memberships Only, not necessary for renewal. There are pre-printed forms available at LPRD as well.

  5. If you cannot make it in person during their business hours, you can mail your check and LPRD Waiver (and new member form if you’re a new member) to La Pine Parks and Rec District, 16405 1st St., La Pine, OR 97739. We do not recommend calling and trying to pay over the phone as it can be hard to catch them on the phone.

  6. December 2022 note: Please remember that this is a new process for memberships, having LPRD handle them directly instead of through our club. It is a busy time of year for LPRD, so please be patient with their staff. If you try to renew your membership in December but run into obstacles due to limited hours or busy staff, please let us know and we can extend a grace period on your Court Reserve account. Same thing if you have already left town for the holidays — let us know, and we’ll extend a grace period on your Court Reserve account.
